Estimated Fee Schedule

Please note that this is an estimated fee schedule and some fees may apply to you and others may not. A customized fee schedule will be created for you based on the needs of your specific cycle with your selected Egg Donor.

Agency Fee: $6000

• Inclusive of the following:
• Matching services
• Case management of the entire cycle
• Psychological Evaluation without MMPI
• Genetic Evaluation

Egg Donor's Compensation: $5000 - $10,000

• Total payments to donors in excess of $5,000 require justification and sums above $10,000 are not appropriate.
• Egg Donor Conceptions Inc makes it a priority to strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by the ASRM.
• Egg Donors who ask for compensation in excess of $10,000, will be excluded from the program.

Egg Donor Insurance Policy: $245

• This policy is purchased from New Life Agency (newlifeagency.com) on behalf of the Intended Parents
• The policy is for the Egg Donor Only.
• There are additional policies that are offered for the Egg Recipient and Surrogate.
• Please inquire if you would like additional information
• This policy is activated from the first day that the Donor starts taking medications and continues for 90 days after that date.
• It covers any complication that may arise as a direct result from the cycle (ie - any side effects from the medications or any issues after the egg retrieval procedure)

Egg Donor Attorney Fee: $400

• This fee is the maximum allowance for the Egg Donor's attorney fee.
• The Egg Donor requires an attorney so that she has counsel in reviewing the contract between herself and the Intended Parents.
• If your Donor's selected attorney charges a lesser fee, the balance will be refunded to the Intended Parents.

Intended Parents Attorney Fee: $1000

• This fee is the average cost of the Intended Parents attorney fee.
• The Intended Parents can select the attorney of their preference or a referral can be provided by Egg Donor Conceptions.
• This fee can be paid directly to the attorney.

Travel Expenses

• In the event that the Egg Donor will be doing the cycle with a doctor that is out of state or outside a commutable distance, the Intended Parents will cover all travel expenses for the Egg Donor.
• At the time of the egg retrieval, the Intended Parent will cover all travel expenses for the Egg Donor and the Egg Donor's companion.
• Travel expenses may include: gas mileage reimbursement, per diem for meals ($50 per day), airfare, rental car, and hotel accommodations.
• Travel expenses will vary according the distance the Donor will be traveling, the time of year and the time frame in which arrangements are made.
• A rough travel expense estimation may be provided based on the Egg Donor selected.

Monitoring Fees

• A local facility to the Egg Donor will be selected in which she will be doing any screening and monitoring required.
• Monitoring fees may range from $1000 to $2500 based on the number of appointments the Egg Donor has and what is entailed in each appointment.
• Once a monitoring facility has been selected, the clinic's fees may be provided upon request.
